Below are some questions and answers regarding the shipping process.

1. How long will my delivery take?
Prints and Canvas. These are made to your specific order, we do not retain stock. Please allow two weeks for delivery. If you require them sooner please ask at time of order. We post all material using registered post and will need a signature on receipt.

2. How can I check the status of my order?
You will need the Order Number and email address used when placing the order. Simply visit Track Order. If you did not enter an email address when placing your order, please contact our Customer service team at support@RsaWallArt.com with your order number and we will gladly assist you.

When your prints are sent, we will e-mail you a shipping confirmation. If tracking service is available, we will include the tracking number in your shipping confirmation e-mail.

3. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30 day promise - guarantee. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied we will gladly accept a return for exchange or for refund (less shipping), provided the item is returned within thirty (30) days from date of delivery. Please see the back of your invoice for instructions on returning your product(s). For more information on returns, please see Quality promise/returns

4. Will I be billed duties and taxes?
The pricing on our website are inclusive of VAT. VAT is charged on goods sold within the European Union. You will be charged 5% which is the VAT or local tax known as IGIC in the Canary Islands. Orders outside the EU may be subject to local taxes, import duties or customs charges. RsaWallArt.com is unable to accept responsibility for charges levied by other countries as customs policies vary widely from country to country. We suggest you contact your local customs office for further information.

5. Why can’t you deliver to my country?
Due to shipping restrictions, we are not able to ship prints to certain countries. If you are able to select your country when filling in your address, then we are able to send most products to your country. If you are unable to receive products to your country please contact us and we'll do our best to try and accommodate the order.
