RsaWallArt.com is committed to supplying quality prints to its clients and operate a 30 day promise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a replacement or full refund (less shipping costs).
Return Instructions:
Before returning any item(s) to RsaWallArt.com, you must receive approval from our customer service department. Please send an e-mail to: support@rsawallart.com with the following details:
1. Order number and your name.
2. Item you wish to return.
3. Specify reason for return (eg) damaged, received incorrect item or size, received duplicate item, etc.
4. What action would like us to take for you: Replacement or Refund?
5. Please wait for our Customer Service team to e-mail you with your return authorization & information.
When we have received your returned item(s), we will notify you via e-mail of your refund or replacement. The refund will be the same as the purchase amount and you will receive this within 14 business days of our receipt of your package.
Please return your item(s) in the original tube or make sure that the item is packaged safely and includes the completed return form which you will find on the back of the despatch list included with your order.
Please make sure that you have written the reason clearly for the return and what you would like us to do. Make sure the original dispatch form is returned with the prints, so we can process your return quickly.
